Who processes your data.

Venelpark B.V., established at Herikerbergweg 238, 1101 CM Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 33263716, is the controller for the personal data collected through this website.

Which data we process.

We process only the data you provide yourself through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. We do not ask for data we do not need in order to answer your question.

In addition, our web server records the technical data that accompanies any website visit, including the IP address, the time of the visit and the browser type used. This data is used for the security and proper functioning of the website.

Purpose and legal basis.

We use your contact details solely to answer your question and, where an engagement follows from it, to carry out that engagement. The legal basis for this is the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into one.

Technical server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website.

We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we retain data.

Messages that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of twelve months, after which they are deleted. Data forming part of an engagement is retained for as long as statutory retention periods require — seven years in the case of financial records.

Processors and third parties.

We use external service providers to host this website and to send email. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Data is processed within the European Economic Area.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. You may also object to processing, request its restriction, or request the transfer of your data. Please send any such request to info@venelpark.nl; we respond within four weeks.

If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security.

The website is reachable only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Data from the contact form is transmitted encrypted and is accessible only to staff who need it in order to handle your question.
